Until this verification process is complete, deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims may be temporarily suspended.
2.3 One Household, One Account
If multiple accounts are operated from the same address or IP address, fk222 reserves the right to review them. If multiple members of the same household wish to use separate accounts, it is advisable to contact the support team and obtain prior approval.
Account Security
3.1 Password & Login Credential Responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep your fk222 account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the fk222 support team immediately. fk222 will never ask for your password by phone or email on your behalf.
3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited
Transferring, selling, pledging, or renting your account to any other person is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account concerned will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
fk222 currently supports the following payment methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile financial service.
- Nagad — Mobile wallet service of Bangladesh Post Office.
- Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Upay — Mobile financial service of UCB.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The maximum deposit per transaction may vary depending on the payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount by any method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, some cases may take longer if a security check is required.
When processing a withdrawal, fk222 will attempt to return funds via the same payment method used for the deposit. fk222 reserves the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals to prevent fraud.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on fk222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currencies are not currently available.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible for a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To claim the bonus, the applicable code must be used at the time of deposit or you must opt in on the promotions page.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳14,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum) → Total balance ৳22,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds.
For example: If you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in total wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds cannot be shared with or transferred to anyone else.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP or device will be treated as fraud.
- fk222 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.
- Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
5.4 VIP Program
Regular players on fk222 can enjoy benefits across four tiers of the VIP program:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Players can advance to higher tiers based on play volume and activity. VIP benefits are subject to change and are entirely at fk222's discretion.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games on fk222 use third-party audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures game outcomes are completely random and impartial. fk222 is committed to ensuring fair play.
6.2 Technical Issues
If any round is left incomplete during gameplay due to a technical error, disconnection, or server issue, fk222 may decide to void that round or resume from the last confirmed state. In such cases, fk222's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to various games. These limits are displayed on the relevant game page. fk222 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
6.4 Disputes Over Game Results
If a dispute arises over the result of any game, the support team must be notified within 24 hours. fk222 will review server logs to make a decision, and that decision will be final.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fk222 platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited:
- Fraud & Deception: Opening an account or conducting transactions using a fake identity, forged documents, or another person's information.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of legitimizing illegal funds.
- Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts or by artificial means.
- Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's servers or software.
- Collusion & Theft: Improper coordination with other users or stealing their information.
- Automated Software: Playing games using bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
- Using Another Person's Account: Logging into another person's account or conducting transactions on their behalf.
fk222 reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities if suspicious activity is detected.
Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 fk222's Rights
fk222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly in cases of terms violation, suspected fraud, or for security reasons.
8.2 Account Closure by User
Any user may voluntarily close their account. To do so, they must contact the support team via live chat or email ([email protected]). The account balance should be withdrawn before closure.
8.3 Steps After Account Closure
Users who choose Self-Exclusion as part of responsible gaming will have their account deactivated for a set period or permanently. Applications to reopen an account during this period will not be accepted.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Limits of Service Provision
